Thanks to the mild temperatures of late summer, the 2021 harvest started a little later than usual. It was a harvest with an excellent degree of ripeness, which has generated wines that are elegant, fresh and persistent.
White wines with vintage 2021 are fresher and leaner than those of previous years. In particular, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon bring great elegance and aroma; while Pinot Grigio, Riesling and Moscato Giallo are fruity and juicy.
There is also an excellent quality among red wines: the Schiava, in particular, was harvested at an excellent point of ripeness and is presented as a fruity and balanced wine.
