Philipp Zublasing started his position as Master Winemaker at Winery St. Pauls at the beginning of July 2023. Born in 1985 and raised in Missian, Zublasing is uniquely familiar with the great potential of the vineyards in Uberetsch, making him particularly qualified to take on the challenges of this role. Educated at the University of San Michele all'Adige/Udine as well as the University of Geisenheim, he has gained valuable experiences both domestically and internationally throughout his career. This allows him to bring to his new position a solid academic background, an extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of viticulture and wine production.
As the Master Winemaker of St. Pauls, Zublasing will collaborate closely with the experienced team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the winery. His ambition is to preserve what exists, explore new paths, and create wines of exceptionally strong character that best reflect the vineyards.
