A total of 8,400 bottles of the charity wine LUMINA – a blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, specially produced by our winery for the aid organization "Südtirol hilft" – were sold mainly in retail or directly at our winery during the pre-Christmas period. The wine was also available for tasting by the glass in numerous restaurants, leading to further support for this charitable initiative.
In total, over the sales, a sum of € 58,800 was raised, which has now been handed over by our winery to "Südtirol hilft."
"Thanks to the support of our partners and customers, we were able to realize this joint heartfelt project and raise such a remarkable donation amount," said president Bernhard Leimegger with joy.
Additionally, other € 10,240 was collected through auctions of special editions in sizes of 3, 6, and 9 liters. Thus, with the charity project LUMINA 2023, a total sum of almost €70,000 was achieved, which will now benefit those in need in South Tyrol.
